Cancellations:

The Adent as incicated must notify the resort of any cancellations or requctions of room reservation at earliest possible and in no cases later that specified hereunder or be subject to the following cancellation penalties.The resort will charge for 2 night cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date.

Green Season (May. 01 - Oct.31):Last day for 7 dats prior to arrival:otherwise 1 night charge

High Season   (Nov. 01 - Apr.30):Last day for 21 dats prior to arrival:otherwise 1 night charge

Peak Season   (Dec. 21 - Jan.10):Last day for 30 dats prior to arrival:otherwise 1 night charge

Early Check-out & No-show: Guest who early check-out prior to the end of their reservation will be subject to a minimum of one night's room charge up to a maximum of the entire contract rate for the remaining reservtion period.No-show the agent agrecs to allow the Resort to charge at full amount of the total room charge for stay of the period booked.
